Need help, stuck at "start::512:successfully initialized ahci controller"

When I try booting into my mac os sonoma installer, I get this error every single time.
I think I have done everything correctly (I have followed a ryzentosh guide aswell) and I don't know whats causing this error.
enabling "Resizable Bar" in bios makes me end up with a different error.
Can anyone help? I've attached my EFI folder below.

Enable SetupVirtualMap and DevirtualiseMmio.

Also, your EFI shows that your ports are mapped. Did you actually do it? If not, remove it and just enable XhciPortLimit for the meantime.

I have used a tool called USBToolbox, i just followed the instructions in a video and I guess it worked? My friend says that's what he did and its fine.

Is your BIOS updated? What BIOS settings have you done? Ensure that Resize BAR is disabled in BIOS.

It is updated, I have adjusted my settings to the one mentioned inside of the github.
