Mounty doesn't recognize my ntfs partition

Hi admin, Why is my mounty doesn't recognize my ntfs partition?

The ntfs partition is window disk. I doesn't contain any windows system but mounty can't mount it. Any ideas how?

Probably, its either in Hibernate or Purged state.
