Greetings.
I'm running Mac OS Monterey 12.7.6. With OpenCore Legacy Patcher on MacPro 5.1.
My GPU is Polaris 20XL (Radeon RX 580 2048sp).
I followed the spoofing instructions, and the Mac starts and loads the OS, but at the final stage I get the black screen and it hangs there.
When I take the startup disc to a similar machine, except the GPU is old NVIDIA, the system correctly reports the spoofed card. (No graphics acceleration of course).
Attached is the EFI.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

It seems like the Spoof is working correctly as it should. However, the RX580 2048sp needs BIOS mod for most of the time. Just spoofing the card may not work with every model.

Bios mod is well beyond my skills. Is there a pace that cab do that in Europe or US?
Or should I opt for buying a new card, more compatible that my current one?

Well, you can read guide and can mod easily. Yes, it would be better to get a new card. If you don't have video editing needs, then you can get cheap GPU like RX560. Is native supported and works without any extra configuration, is OOTB.
