Lenovo Thinkstation p700 dual xeons [problem]

hello all,
trying to setup macos on a Lenovo Thinkstation p700 with dual xeons.
i followed the guide, but..

when it boots, i can only see a hard disk with a previous attempt, shutdown/restart options and no option to install os.
i tried tahoma, sonoma, ventura, the same..

can someone take a look why it does not "see" the installer ?
i made the usb in many ways, latest with opencore legacy patcher,with many OSes, latest Tahoe...

i managed to fix the installer thing, now my problem is this:

Enable CfgLock quirks in Kernel section.
Enable XchiPortLimit, PanicNoKextDump and PowerTimeoutKernelPanic
Add CryptexFixup.kext
Set SecureBootModel to Disabled
Use iMacPro1,1 or MacPro7,1 SMBIOS.
UnblockFsConnect shouldn't be required.

Make the changes and then try to boot. Ensure the BIOS settings are correct. Attach the verbose video.

Add npci=0x3000 and it should proceed further!
