Regarding the issue, you have ResizeAppleGpuBars Enabled. Disable it using the value -1 in the Booter>Quirks section and you should be able to boot.

How to change the bios I have no effect always gives this error.
With the newest version bios I am: F6CN30WW (Bios is factory locked by lenovo and has no advanced settings)
