Hi and sorry I will put the PR files later. By boot I mean reboot or after system booted.

Here they are ! Thanks
Incomplete PR files attached. EFI folder and Kextcache output is missing.

You did NOT followed the guide. The guide mentions to implement SSDT for Hotplug function. Note that without SSDT, you'll always need to plug the target TB Device and restart your system to make it working. Moreover, you're not using the SSDT which is described in the guide.

Hi and sorry I see I uploaded th wrong ssdt here it is and the EFI . how to get the kext cache output ?

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks you all for help.

Thunderbolt 3 work fine, even can hotplug , but no usb-C devices can be found when it's connected.

Details:
Gigabyte GC-Alpine Ridge

Thunderbolt AIC PCI Slot Location, Tried all PCI Slots , come with the same result.(Thunderbolt devcies work well, but cann't connect usb-C.)

THB_C header Availability: Yes it is. But plug the THB_C to motherboard or jump 3&5 pins on AIC have the same result.

TB BIOS Settings Availability: Can found the thunderbolt settings in bios settings, before use the Original Firmware , after flashed the Custom Firmware ( V3 ) , it's gone.

Motherboard Model : Gigabyte x99 ultra gaming (Bios version: F7c )

CPU Model : E5-2667 V3

macOS version : Big Sur 11.5.2

Update. Changed Motherboard .

Your profile is not filled correctly. Motherboard exact model is missing. What Slot you installed it?

You did not read the guide carefully. Read notes for Alpine Ridge.

Interesting. 11.3 and later requires USB ports mapping. Did you do that correctly?

Great work EliteMacx86. I'm trying to HotPlug my Apline Ridge but without success. Any help will be appreciated.
