PR files are Problem Reporting files. Check post #1 for more details.
Got it. So I have done nothing except for get TB video signal down the wire as you stated above. I have not done anything else to provide all PR data. I guess my real question is do I need to flash the custom firmware for it to work. I have attached the Hackintool PCI output. The Gigabye card is JHL7540 Thunderbolt 3 Bridge [Titan Ridge 4C 2018] with the 50 firmware from Gigabytes site. System Report shows nothing for PCI; "This computer doesn’t contain any PCI cards or devices. If you installed or connected a PCI card or device, make sure it is properly installed." I also attached IOReg as well. Since I have not done anything with SSDT none of those files attached.

Absolutely, no. Looks like you have not read the guide carefully.

Then you should follow the guide first. You cannot expect it to work by not following the guide.

Follow the guide, check your work. If that doesn't works, attach a complete PR files to debug as described in the first post.

Let's start with the first problem, that the Titan Ridge Card isn't seen in the 'System Information' nor IORegistryExplorer

No PR files attached. Did you followed the guide exactly? Your profile shows you're on macOS Mojave.

I think he is refering to my info. YES, when I look at IO Registry, the node info is BXBR. Is this correct? Or should it be an RPXX like the example?

Provide your PR files to check.

Thanks for the guide, I've been trying to follow it to the letter, but I just can't get it to hot-plug. Besides hot plug issue, my hack has been very hard to boot after installation of the thunderbolt card, often Clover just tell me efiboot fail and I need to restart, often takes a couple of times in order to boot successfully.

It's very hard to investigate for me since booting up takes a bit of time. Can you shine some lights on both the boot issue and hotplug issue, please? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Cheers

P.S. Okay, I think I solved the boot problem by using OpenRuntime.efi instead of AptioMemoryFix.efi, though I lost verbose mode in the process. Anyone know how to get that back?

For verbose mode, just add "-v" without quotes in Boot Args.

Incomplete PR files attached. IOReg is missing.
