Attach your EFI to check!

Here, thanks for checking.
The config.plist is not as per the guide. The guide says to set the SecureBootModel to Disabled but you still have set it to Default. In addition, the boot-args are missing.

Re-read the guide carefully and make the changes to your config.plist and hopefully, it should boot.

I just patched the GT 1030, onboard sound works fine but no HDMI audio. Can I use device properties for the audio portion of the GT 1030 for HDMI audio to work? Is there any other options? Is using SSDT time a possible solution?

Hello EliteMacx86

This is my laptop info:

- Mainboard: Acer Nitro AN515-52
- CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz
- iGPU: Intel UHD Graphics 630
- dGPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

HDMI does not work because it is connected to the NVIDIA GPU.
Can I enable the GTX 1050 Ti to use HDMI for an external monitor?

No. dGPU isn't supported on macOS.

I got this working on my Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB and Ventura. I failed with Sonoma but maybe I overlooked something here.
Geekbench OpenCL score is 34141 which seems to be a good result for this card.
Multihead is working too with one monitor (1680x1050) via DVI and the other (2560x1080) via HDMI.
However metal is not active:

Thank you so much for this guide.
Has anyone worked out how to get a GTX 1060 run with metal support?
