the values that give me less color banding is "00001619" APPL,ig-platform-id, and "16590000" device-id

Yes, that's normal. However, the device-id should be 16190000 and 0000191B as APPL,ig-platform-id.

You cannot use SKL ig-platform id with KBL device-id. That's a wrong way!

i did the correct changes, and this is my second macOS install (reinstalled for this same issue a few days ago)
