I’ve reinstall macOS a few times before but this problem still exist. Maybe I’ll try 10.4.8. Do I have to change anything in config?

I install the latest version of macOS Monterey

I can only find macOS 10.7 on Apple's website. 10.4.6 is pretty old so I'm afraid FCP X won't be able to open my current FCP library to export it.
