Just to recap, you were asked to mention your exact BIOS settings (you can take BIOS pictures) and then you were asked to make changes to the EFI and you were supposed to attach that updated/revised EFI.

Disable FadtEnableReset
Is the DMAR table patched?
Remove the MMIO Whitelist address. Shouldn't be required.
Disable DiscardHibernateMap
Why disabling DisableIoMapper? You can simply implement VT-d.
Remove CpuTopologyRebuild and the related Kernel patch.
Switch to WEG and add -igfxvesa to boot arg.
Enable EnableVectorAcceleration
Set ResizeGpuBars to -1.
Disable DevirtualiseMmio and then check.
