GTX 960 isn't supported natively. What macOS version are you trying to install?

Every time you make any changes to the EFI (this time, you had to switch to the RELEASE version), you'll need to provide the EFI to validate the changes.

Your EFI is not as per the guide.

Here are a few issues. Make the following changes to your config.plist:

Remove SSDT-EC, SSDT-SBUS, SSDT-USBX and replace it with SSDT-EC-USB-DESKTOP and SSDT-UNC

Remove ResetLogoStatus
Remove FixupAppleEfiImages
Remove Device Properties
Remove all the kexts except for Lilu, VSMC, WEG, Ethernet, CpuTscSync, CryptexFixup, RestrictEvents.
Remove CustomSMBIOSGuid if the machine is not Dell/SONY.
Enable XhciPortLimit
Enable SIP and remove all the boot flags related to NVIDIA patching and add nv_disable=1
Set UpdateSMBIOSMode to Create if the machine is not Dell/SONY.

Once you're done with the changes, save your config.plist. Restart the system and reset NVRAM twice. Attach the new PR files.

WEG is missing.

Is the machine a Dell computer?

Add the kext and provide a video showing booting the installer

Added WEG
Yes the machine is dell

still black screen

Set the Picker Mode to Built-in and set Picket Attributes to 1.
Remove IntelMausiEthernet and replace it with IntelMausi
Disable AppleXcpmExtraMsrs

Once you're done with the changes, save your config.plist. Restart the system and reset NVRAM twice. Attach the new PR files.
