Black screen when HD520 starts ventura

My device is ThinkPad X260(i5 6200U,HD 520). I use the platform-id and device-id of kabylake. The smbios is MBP14,1. After the system is booted, the screen is black.I use a built-in display.Can someone help me solve this problem?

So do I need to reconfigure the EFI file? I counterfeit HD520 to HD620,The screen is black of ventura 13.1, and HD520 7MB can be obtained by using SKL platform-id.
