PMDrv.kext-CPU turbo boost.
SSDT add CPU turbo boost should work .....I'm Russian so sorry for my English )

I will give this kext i try. Then there is one last, I think minor, issue. Big sur wont connect to iCloud. Server not reachable, but internet is working.
This will be an easy fix I assume. Glad big sur is booting on my x79 now!

Been trying to boot into Big Sir installer without any success. Currently on Mojave and is Solid.Seems there are a few patches tried for PM that may be the issue . Ive attached a screen shot of my KP

Update your kexts.

Updated my kexts without any progress forward..
I switched to OpenCore Not much with it as well ..

Earlier, the panic was due to outdated kexts. Now the KP is due to Power Management.
