5GHz WiFi on a native Apple card doesn't work properly

I had this issue ever since I got my first 5GHz card.
So like, macOS Big Sur.
I just didn't really try to fix it back then as I wasn't using 5GHz for anything, but now that I have an iPad, I kinda want to use Sidecar + AirDrop is sometimes useful

Try Big Sur clean install and then check.

Well, I’m currently in talks with the seller of the new card I got.
Going to try the steps he sent me first.

- Remove vsmcgen=1, -mausiwol from boot-args.
Not going to remove mausiwol as Wake on LAN doesn’t work without it for me. (Using WoL basically every single day through Home Assistant (the home automation system I configured in my house))

Okay, sounds good!

Well, do understand that these will not be permanent, just for the sake of debugging. Once the culprit is found, things can be added back :)

Well, the seller asked me to use 2 boot args
- brcmfx-country=CN or brcmfx-country=#a (tried both)
- brcmfx-driver=2

Tried both of them, and it didn’t change a thing, so the seller just told me that this card doesn’t support Ventura (which seems weird as its a native card)

Do I by any chance, need to spoof an ID for macOS to pick it up as native & in the correct PCIe slot it expects on a real Mac?

Attach Card pictures.

No, nothing such is required.

Do you have a single PC with Ventura & this card on it that’s working completely fine? (with fast 5GHz & AirDrop and a working Sidecar)?

Yes, indeed. I've got a CFL Build which has IGPU+dGPU with everything. Most importantly, it has the same Fenvi T919 PCIe WiFi/BT. WiFi (2.4GHz and 5GHz), BT, Handoff, AirDrop, Continuity, Apple Watch unlock, SideCar and AIrPlay, everything works.
