Hello,
I've been having 5GHz WiFi issues (2.4GHz & Bluetooth work fine) on my Hackintosh ever since I got an Apple branded BCM943602CS card, where it won't always connect to WiFi, and when it does connect, it'll have a very high ping to the router & low speeds (despite sitting about a meter from the router), AirDrop doesn't always work and SideCar just shows a black screen for a while and then displays an error.

I've tried this card on Linux (on this same PC) and it worked just fine with a proper sub 1ms ping to the router and about 800Mbps down & up (router limitation), so the issue is macOS specific.

(Its currently connected using a PCI-E adapter I got from eBay that has 3 antennas and a USB connector for Bluetooth)

Is there a way to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance,
Shon.

Your configuration is not as per the guide.

Start here:

Moreover, you should update the OpenCore version

It's a native Apple card though, shouldn't it just work out of the box? (considering that 2.4GHz WiFi and Bluetooth work just fine)

Also I'm on OpenCore 0.8.7, latest is 0.8.8, I don't think that its going to make any differences (had these WiFi issues for about a year now)

No PR files attached.

Something is wrong here. The MAC Address isn't detected by the card.
Its detected, I just cut it out of the image.
Don't want to share it with the public lol

Same as the detected SSIDs below

Ah ok. As it was not cut but entirely masked, i suspected that something was off ;)

Are you using a 5GHz Network?
