After 2 months of waiting, I finally got my new MacOS compatible wireless card, BUT turned out that this laptop does have a BIOS whitelist.
It just didn't trigger it for the other card I tried.

Is there any way to modify the BIOS to allow this card to work?

My new card is a BCM94352HMB and the old card is a BCM94313HMGB.

You need the BIOS programmer for flashing the mod.

I have no clue where to get one and thats why I asked.

Either way, I am going to try all the previous BIOS versions that were released for my laptop and if none of them will work, I'll probably need some help to mod the BIOS.

Yeah, you need to either find the modded one or from the manufacturer repo.

Yeah, a BIOS programmer as HP BIOS are mostly locked.

Not really. I tried one HP Laptop with Broadwell. I upgraded the WiFi and the BIOS too and the whitelist was removed.

I am going to flash Windows 10 PE on a USB flash drive to run HP's BIOS upgrade tool in order to downgrade it.

Well, I tried every BIOS version that was ever released for my laptop and all of them had the whitelist and blocked my wireless card.
