When at Disk Utility, simply select your Drive and click on Erase and erase it with the following parameters.

Macintosh HD
APFS
GUID Partition Map

Do you mean my ssd or HDD, or USB, is this a post install task? Because disk utility is not on windows, what "drive" are you talking about

Have you prepared the USB?

This needs to be done during the installation process. It's a step to erase your drive so that you can install macOS.
