I was stuck in exactly the same spot for three days. The deactivation for V-TD is hidden in my Asrock Phantom Z890. You have to disable all relevant CPU virtualizations. Most importantly, Resizer must be disabled, as well as the iGPU. That's how it worked for me.

Attach your BIOS Settings.

Yes, that's right!

Oh my goodness, I did it.
Many online videos only tell half-truths, or just enough to make it work.
Fine-tuning is very laborious.

There are three options that need to be adjusted with the BIOS and OpenCore settings:

CPU Speed:
  • Kernel quirks AppleXpcmForceBoost must be enabled.
  • In conjunction with CPUFriendDataProvider.kext, this must be created separately, and the ctrsmt=full option in the NVRAM boot targets will display the Turbo mode of Ultra CPUs!

Kernel:
  • Disable IoMapper is linked to the BIOS VT-D and should remain enabled in OpenCore...

It's running and damn fast.

BUT, if it weren't for that damn word...

After hibernation and waking, everything worked perfectly. Now when I shut down the PC, it restarts after 2 seconds. I had this problem with an Intel NUK10 minicomputer. One user fixed it by conjuring a full SSDT, and it worked, including the TB. I've been experimenting with it for so long that I just don't know what to do anymore. The board and CPU are simply incredible.

But...

If anyone can help or has an idea, please feel free to write :)

Have got no hands on it yet. Check XHC controllers as they often create problems when shutting down. Logs might be useful.
