Adjust the following settings:

Internal Graphics: Disabled (If you don't have the need of IGPU on some other OS, better to disable it)
Above 4GB MMIO BIOS assignment: Enabled
GNA: Enabled

Also, ensure that your BIOS is up to date and the OC and related kexts as well. Do a few NVRAM resets and then try to boot via the installer.
