The framebuffers are not patched correctly. There should be only 2 connectors that requires patching. Con0 - the internal display and con1/2 for the HDMI and Type-C display.fresh IOreg file..

This EFI i downloaded online but if you can help to keep everything i have, just grpahics output works..i tried but wasnt successful.. i think ACPI also needs to be mapped...
(removed Itlwm kext to reduce size of EFI)
An interesting thing i noticed recently is when trying to update one of the ThinkStation (9700). It seems like the Connector0 is replaced by Connector1. For example, till Ventura, the HDMI is Con0 and the DP is Con1. However, in macOS Sequoia, its opposite so it fails to output. Once the connector type were replaced, the display worked from both. Cannot confirm this bug 100% yet, but that's what i've found at least.Hi @pawan2joy try this EFI without modified anything. Is your EFI but with an OCAT update and modified Plist Device 620 UHD. Just delete yours and copy to your EFI partition. Backup all first, try it with usb pendrive. You not need any boot-args related about your igpu, all is put it on Device Plist Properties. Report back if is possible, and enjoy it.
