Intel UHD 620 HDMI output is not working

HI, I have tried many options but my HDMI output on Intel UHD 620 is not working.

My specs:
Lenovo Thinkpad x390
CPU: Intel i7 10th gen 1.8 Ghz
GPU: Intel UHD 620 Graphics

Your EFI is not as per the guide. Why are you injecting double SSDT-PLUG?

Beside the internal display and HDMI port, are there any other ports for display on this Laptop?

Dont know why its double someone else helped me to make it work, apart from HDMI i have Display port.

But you mentioned you have DP as well ;(

Attach the EFI and a copy of IOReg to check further!
