Motherboard
Dell G3 3779
CPU
Intel i7-8750h
Graphics
Intel UHD 630 (Used)
OS X/macOS
15.x
Bootloader
  1. OpenCore (UEFI)
Mobile Phone
  1. iOS
I install this card and install non-apple drivers for it
When I try Continuity feature most of them works like airdrop, hotspot from iphone
But Universal Clipboard and Handoff works only to mac "e.g: from iphone to mac"
How we can solve it.
Thanks,

Mac OS: Sequoia.

I had a similar experience some time ago. The administrator of this forum and I spent a long time working on my config.plist settings in the EFI. We even tried creating a custom ACPI file. I learned a lot in the process, but unfortunately, that thread is no longer available on this server: the server crashed in the spring, and the discussion was not preserved in the backup. The current forum notice also confirms that recent backups were lost after a catastrophic server failure.

In any case, that approach ultimately led nowhere with my particular motherboard.

However, I did learn a few important things. First, a useful fallback is to use Continuity with the iPhone connected via a USB cable. This is how it works for me now, although it sometimes takes several attempts. I recommend trying this solution.

Why? Because Continuity, much like iCloud services on Hackintoshes, can behave strangely. In other words, even with a seemingly correct configuration, some features may not work exactly as they should.

In my case, almost everything works except connecting to the iPhone camera over Wi-Fi. However, everything works perfectly with the Camo app on the phone. My Hackintosh is also visible in Find My, but in Apple’s list of devices on the network it appears as if it is not sharing its location—even though it actually is.

Good luck, and please remember the old rule: “Don’t force it.” ;)

Best regards.

Yes, unfortunately, threads by members were lost.

And yeah, wired is the solution where the wireless doesn't work.

Continuity is really strange on my end too. After our previous ACPI attempts, I gave up on that route. The current situation is still the same: Continuity works fine over USB cable, but not over WiFi. However, there's an interesting detail: when checking the phone-to-Mac connection using the Camo app over WiFi, it actually works. So this all seems to be somehow related specifically to this motherboard model, the Asus Prime H270-Plus.reddit

There are more mysterious situations where something works, but "sideways," so to speak. In iCloud System Preferences, under the computer's description, Find My is shown grayed out as disabled. But it's actually enabled and working. Magic.

This could be related to NVRAM and/or MAC Address/IMEI issue.
