Seems like a userspace issue, more of a bug.

Make the following changes in your config.plist

- Disable AdviseFeatures in Platform>Generic section
- Enable SpoofVendor in Platform>Generic section
- Set SystemMemoryStatus to Auto in PlatformInfo>Generic section
- Remove ProcessorType in Platforminfo>Generic section

Delete all .plists files except com.apple.Boot.plist from Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration

Restart, reset NVRAM twice, boot into macOS and provide the following

- IOReg
- kextcache output
- System Information (About This Mac>System Report>File>Save)
- Hackintool System Report
- Hackintool PCIe Report

That's normal

Everything seems to be normal. Of course, USB ports are not mapped yet, but that's a separate issue. I would suggest you to perform a clean install. Monterey had IGPU issues since reease.

it's not that bad, everything works smoothly, it just seemed strange to me that there is supposedly no iGPU

Yes, a clean install might help. It's a bug.
