Edit: And also thanks for telling me, i'm gonna update my bios.

Try to make the changes first and then check. ASUS Notebooks have problems with the updated BIOS version.

Also, try to add CPUTscSync.kext

Probably, it's due to the double kext injection of VoodooInput. Disable all the VoodooI2C kexts and then check

I disable all the VoodooI2C kext and kernel panic is still there. Is there any way to disable the auto-reboot when encountered kernel panic because it's annoying when the kernel panic happens and reboot right after that and i can take a picture of that.

Remove - from debug=0x100 and then check.
