OC: Configuration requires vault but no vault provided.

I have made the EFI file for my processor according to the guide i Found here
and also downloaded the latest com.apple.recovery file using the CMD.
after setting everything up, I have made sure my config.plist file have no errors
but when I try to Boot to my EFI usb its showing error like this
OC: Configuration requires vault, but no vault provided

what is the reason for this error prompt and how to solve this???
I have provided my EFI file below.
this is the EFI file for Intel core i3 3327u processor that I have made using the guide I found here.

That's because you have set the Vault to Secure. Set the Vault to Optional in Misc>Security section of your config.plist.
