I finally rebuilt my EFI, there are some errors in my config.plist file but everything works fine except Intel UHD Graphics 620 (Whiskey Lake).
I have one Dell latitude 3500 .I tested several configs without success!

My graphics configuration:

PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0)

ig-platform-id............00001659 data
device-id.................16590000 data
enable-hdmi20............ 01000000 data
framebuffer-con1-enable. 10000000 number
ramebuffer-con1-type......00080000 data
framebuffer-con2-enable...10000000 number
framebuffer-con2-index....FFFFFFFF data
framebuffer-fbmem.........00009000 data
framebuffer-patch-enable..10000000 number
framebuffer-portcount.....02000000 data a quelques
framebuffer-stolenmem.....00003001 datace pour votre aide
