As your system is not latest, anyone should be good. Either use first or third one.

Rename EHC1 to EH01*
Rename EHC2 to EH02*

My board Z790 has 4 usb c all 4 charge my ipad when connected but only 1 allows it to show up in finder. Did I map my ports incorrectly? I'm going crazy trying to determine why sleep is broke

Mapping looks correct if you have all the ports working. Make sure XchiPortLimit Quirk is disabled and no USBInjectAll.

I used Hackintosh to mapping USB, as far as I know HSxx is USB2.0 and SSxx is USB3.0, but my port typeC show XHC3 - SSP1

Should I set connector type ? typeC+Sw right ?

Looks good!

However, the BT must be set as Internal.

Hi there...
I know that changing bluetooth connector type to 255 is a must.
But what about internal webcam and sdcard reader, should it also be set to 255 if both connected to internal USB?

That is coming from your Thunderbolt Card/built-in Chip. Just exclude them as the SSDT takes care of it.
