How to install MacOS on B760M system?

SSD or HDD model: Kingston 1TB Fury Renegade, WD Blue 2TB Harddisk

Graphics card: ASRock Radeon RX 6900XT Phantom

Motherboard: ASRock B760M PG Sonic Wi-Fi

Processor: i5 13400f

I tried to install Ventura on my system before, but I was not successful. Even though I made EFI adjustments etc., I couldn't come to a conclusion. Which version of macos do you recommend me to use? And if I install Ventura and then update it to Sonoma, will it be a problem? Thanks in advance.

You can either install Ventura or Sonoma.
