GUIDE How to Install macOS Big Sur on Unsupported Mac Pro [MacPro3,1, Mac Pro4,1 and MacPro5,1]

Hi, I've managed to get macOS Big Sur (11.2.1) installed on my Mac Pro 3,1 Early 2008 by connecting the SSD externally to another Mac and using that to do the install but when I've put the SSD back into the Mac Pro it boots but the (Apple) USB keyboard and mouse, which are both plugged directly into the rear USB ports are not detected. Is this because this particular patcher doesn't currently support USB 1.1 and if so, is there any way to get USB 1.1 support/working? Thanks in advance for any help :-)

After connecting the SSD to the Mac Pro 3,1, did you patched the kexts?

Yes, I ran /Volumes/Install\ macOS\ Big\ Sur/patch-kexts.sh
That's all I've done since connecting the drive to the Mac Pro.

Well, that should work. So, the only non-working hardware is the USB ports?

Correct, everything else seems to work just fine.

Hopefully I've attached what you're looking for.
