Where am I able to locate these original Apple thunderbolt kexts? Unless you mean what is already installed in my macOS install. Also, what does S/L/E mean?

As for being able to download the attachments on the original post, I tried on both Chrome and Safari, and neither browser allowed them to be clicked. Visually it looks like the attachments are hovering over each other as well. I even attached my own screen grab and can't even download it myself

If you have not modified them, they should be already vanilla. S/L/E means System/Library/Extensions.

When you try to download them, what error do you get?

Awesome, thanks for the clarification! As for download, it doesn't even let me click on the attachment links, when I bring my mouse over it looks like the picture I am including in this post. Clicking on them does nothing at all, even after turning off my popup blockers.

Hi there,
I'd like to enable the motherboard's onboard Thunderbolt 3 port (single card with OG firmware) so I downloaded the ASRock Z490ITX/AC aml file and just edited PCI0 to PC00 as the configured port is the good one (RP21 / PXSX) and named the file TB3.aml so that should be ok.

Further down the thread you say that this SSDT should be installed but also SSDT-DTGP.aml; where can I get this file? Hackindrom doesn't seem to provide it. And does ir need to be edited as well? Also you say that DTGP.aml and TB3.aml must be added in order in the ACPI section so after EC-USBX.aml, AWAC.aml and PLUG.aml I should add DTGP.aml and then finally TB3.aml?

Yes, you can get it on Github. No, it does not need to be edited.

Your IOReg is corrupt. Use v2.1
