GUIDE How to Enable Thunderbolt 3 Hotplug on macOS

macOS 上没有 Thunderbolt 3 热插拔。

我刷了自定义固件，但是不能热插拔。

进入系统后，拔出thunderbolt3设备并插入，系统中不识别thunderbolt3设备，thunderbolt树将从40Gb/S变为10Gb/S x 2，thunderbolt3 设备不工作。

有时即使连接了thunderbolt3设备也没有反应，系统桌面上也没有thunderbolt3设备图标，也没有USB3.1总线。

我的配置是微星B460迫击炮+GC-Titan Ridge V2.0。

My configuration is MSI B460M Mortar + GC-Titan Ridge V2.0.

I have flashed the custom firmware(GC-Titan-Ridge-V2.0-Mod-NVM50-CaseySJ.bin)on thunderbolt card, but it can't be hot-plugged,it can be cold boot only .

After entering the system, unplug re-plug, the thunderbolt device is not recognized, the thunderbolt bus will be removed from40Gb/S becomes 10Gb/S x 2，thunderbolt card is not working，need to restart the system.

Sometimes it doesn't respond even if the thunderbolt or type-c device is connected，There is no Thunderbolt device icon on the desktop, and there is no USB3.1 bus.

Can you help me?

TB implementation seems to be fine. However, the configuration is not as per the guide.

Try to reset your BIOS and then setup your BIOS again.

After replacing PCI0 with PC00 according to the guide, restart the system and cannot enter MacOS.

You need to use your ACPI path. If it's PCI0, use PCI0. The guide i referred to was the OC guide. Not the TB guide.

Your configuration is not as per the guide. Provide your BIOS settings too.
