Your EFI is NOT as per the guide.
Why are you injecting DSDT?
Why are you using TSCAdjustReset and CpuTscSync together?

The USB ports aren't working likely due to missing USB renames. You'll have to use the following renames for X79 chipset:
Rename EUSB to EH01
Rename USBE to EH02

Plus, the mapping kext you have isn't proper. Only two ports are mapped. Re-map the USB ports according to the guide linked in the previous post.

After i send you my EFI, i rechecked your answer and did renaming usb. i have 6 ports, in USB mapper i have only 3 hosts, so i choose 2 hosts, where is my keyboard, my macOS recovery with EFI, mouse, etc. Also: I deleted TSCAdjustReset and my keyboard with mouse are getting detected again. I left only cputscsync. I get these artefacts again, so i am gonna remaking my SSDT-GPU-SPOOF and maybe trying to delete DSDT, because dortania says so

Ok, i remade my SSDT patch, but it still does not work. I turned off WhateverGreen (because someone in insanelymac/amdosx said so), still does not work. New EFI is pinned. I think thats a usb problem. will send results later
