Could anyone advise how to enable hardware acceleration on my AMD graphics card?

My GPU is Pro Duo (Fiji), but it doesn't support H.264 and HEVC hardware acceleration, including VDA decoding. My CPU is 5600x—could anyone tell me what I should do？
