Black screen when booting (Opencore, UEFI)

Hello. I am new to hackintosh and I have been watching countless guides and tried several EFI files. When I select the usb drive from the boot menu the screen goes black (not turned off). When I get an error it shows it on the screen, when everything is fixed then it's all black again.
I dropped the EFI file to see if anyone can find the issue.

Specs:
GTX 1060 3GB
i3 3240
Motherboard Dell Optiplex 3010 (H61 Chipset)
8Gb DDR3

USB Specs:
GPT
32GB Storage
FAT32 file type
1 Main partition

The GPU isn't supported and you don't need the ECEnabler.
