App Store not installing apps

Just found it, and now I am left with launchpad says it's downloading and i can't download the apps. It just stops after the spinning icon.

Consider a clean install. Already you had tons of issues.

But I have lots of data already on it. Any other method, or I really need to do a reinstall?

Also, Launchpad fixed. Now files are downloading, but still not installing.

Backup your data and perform a clean install.

Performed clean install. Now it's stuck at Waiting... . But it's better because I can stop downloading from app store and launchpad is not buggy.

Try any other App such as Whats App.

It's a clean install so that shouldn't be an issue. But try that.

Make sure your region is correct in App Store Account Settings.
