5GHz WiFi on a native Apple card doesn't work properly

Getting the same issues on Linux as well.
Is there anything I need to change in my BIOS for WiFi to work properly?
Because I’m really lost at this point lol.
Not a single 5GHz card wants to work in this PC
 
tried a different PCIe slot as well

well, I got the card, installed it, cleared NVRAM twice, and I'm still having the same 5GHz issues.

Even tried to use SideCar with my iPad Pro and it just times out & shows a black screen on the iPad

Whoa. That's weird.

Provide your complete new set of PR Files. Include the BIOS Settings in screenshot format as well. Also, include the PCI Slot Info like the following

PCIe slot #1: WiFi card - 1x
PCIe slot #2: GPU - 16x
PCIe slot #3: Empty - 1x
PCIe slot #4: Empty - 4x
