I corrected the Quirks and I share the error and the efi with you.Yes I boot on the correct EFI.
I havent resize bar in my MB…

Did you disable the NVIDIA GPU? If not, try to remove the GPU physically and then test if you're able to boot. Also, are you trying to boot into installer or the OS is installed already?

I just tried removing the GPU, and I have the same problem. No I already installed macOs, with the efi that I used for the installation and that works, I only have 16mb of video memory
