Okay, so I have 3 disks: 1st contains the home partition of Linux and all the macOS (Big Sur) partitions, 2nd contains the root partition of Linux + Linux EFI partition and the 3rd contains Windows partitions. I've been using macOS for a few months without problems.

Now I wanted to increase the space dedicated to my macOS partition.

I did so by booting up GParted Live and created a new partition taking away space from my Linux partition in disk 1. Then I opened Disk Utility (through the "Recovery DGM" option in the macOS boot entries). I formatted the partition to APFS and then tried to see if I could increase the partition by adding volumes, adding partitions, and so on. Note: by "tried" I mean visualizing the outcomes of the possible re-partitioning. I never actually confirmed any of the operations involving my macOS partitions.

At the end I realized that I couldn't actually increase my macOS partition (seemingly because it's the "last" partition in the disk). I gave up and just shutdown the Recovery DGM. But when I re-booted my macOS boot entry was gone. Opening EasyUEFI on Windows would say that it's "hidden".

I still had the old USB drive I used to install macOS. I inserted it and booted it up. My macOS partitions are still there, in fact through the USB drive I could boot up to my macOS installation with all my files, apps all there. Even my EFI partition is still present (I was able to mount it), but it doesn't seem to be recognized because the settings and patches don't work (instead of the Apple logo loading I have a bunch of debug messages, wifi doesn't work etc...).

I don't really use my Linux that much, so I decided to just delete all the partitions related to it on both my 1st and 2nd disk, but there's still no macOS boot entry.

How can I fix this?

It's normal for some environments during such tweaks.

Attach your PR files to check further.

I think I've uploaded everything requested, the only exception is that the command in the "trim" section didn't give me any output.

How so? As I said, before messing around with Disk Utility my macOS installation worked normally, without having to insert my USB drive.

This is what I get after booting up my USB drive (note: my settings and kext patches aren't recognized).

Just booting macOS isn't sufficient. It must be as per the guide for the maximum stability and performance gain.

Which setting and do you mean Kernel patches or the kexts?

But what exactly is not as per guide? And I don't think my issue has anything to do with that in the first place.

For example, instead of having the Apple logo loading I have debug messages and the kext patches for my wi-fi aren't working.

The EFI.

Reset your NVRAM twice and then check.
