Updated with your suggestions but still getting HID: Legacy Shim 2.
Fixed It, seems like I forgot to change something in the bios.

Are you able to boot now then?

So, to be honest the first efi was made by a user on TonyMac Forum with the exact same laptop model, he's using monterey so no issue here.
I've downloaded it here and replaced it as is without modyfing it as done before.
I think I found the culprit. If I flash a new SMBIOS on it then I get the shutdown problem. So far I tried to power it on on battery 6 times and no issues so far.

Can you explain it more better?
Maybe "flash" wasn't the best way to say it.
If I use GenSMBIOS-master to generate a SMBIOS (MacBookPro15,2) the laptop starts to do the strange shutdown on battery, while if I use the one already in that EFI it works fine.

I don't recommend using that. You can pull values from OCC.

The system is idle or at load?
System is idle, most of the times it shuts down after login.
Now I'm trying to stress it a bit with cinebench.
I also received a replacement battery, I'll try to swap it later and see what happens.
By the way, the attach zip is the "stock" efi from the guy at tonymac with the same dell model, can you look at it at see if there's anything wrong with it?

I mentioned the changes in the post #18
