App Store not installing apps

Hello!

I just fixed the App Store, but now it doesn't install the app. I am trying to install Pages, but it stuck at 289.3 MB / 289.3 MB. I already tried to reset app store caches, log out and re-login to App Store, iCloud, stop app store related processes. Nothing worked. Also I noticed appstoreagent (or storeagent, i don't know) not running.

Can someone help me?

Where is that? Because I didn't found anything at $TMPDIR, ~/Library/Caches

Just found it, and now I am left with launchpad says it's downloading and i can't download the apps. It just stops after the spinning icon.
