I used this [Guide] Enable Intel IGPU HDMI/DP Audio to make running second display from HDMI port with Audio
for ig-platform-id I used the one presented in DPCIManager : 0x3E9B0009
I attached both config.plist before and after done Guide.

The first thing you need to do is verify the connection if the HDMI port is tied to NVIDIA or is connected to IGPU.
Attach your complete PR file.

I searched and no success to figure it out ! but seems it tied to NVIDIA.
If it's tied to NVIDIA, you have no option as it will NOT work. Verify if the USB-C/TB is tied to NVIDIA or not.
is it mean I should disable Nvidia graphic card according to this [Guide] How to Disable Discrete Graphics in Dual GPU Laptops (NVIDIA/AMD) so OS forced to use Intel UHD for HDMI port ?
That's only applicable for the optimus (most of the case), one of yours Laptop. But like you have verified that your port is tied to NVIDIA so it's a clear fact that the HDMI port will NOT work. So it's better to disable that. The details have been provided in the above guide.

thanks for your respond

 I'm a little confused here. before I do anything for making HDMI port working (except config.plist that I get for Intel UHD 630 as said in guide) when I plug in HDMI cable laptop screen turn black for 1 second and when I unplug cable its turn black again for 1 second. is it mean that OS can communicate with the port ? can I consider it as HDMI port tied to IGPU and not Nvidia ?

I attached some info from Hackintool, maybe you can find a way in it ... 😬

Looks like.

The only method to verify the port is to boot into Windows and check after connecting HDMI and verifying the Graphics Adapter. I may write a guide soon.

ok, it seems I must go for installing windows and then come back for install Catalina .... 😔
install windows just to identify a port😆😆😆

Connect the HDMI.
Right click on Desktop>Display Settings>Advanced Display Settings
From the Display selection, select the HDMI. You'll get some information like below.

The above picture is taken from HP Gaming Laptop where the HDMI port is connected to NVIDIA GTX 1050Ti.
