Hello from Russia! I'm trying to solve a problem with the SSDT-CPU-PM. I can't generate the file because I'm on Windows 11 and the script is only for MacOS.

You can simply block the OEM SSDTs and then install macOS. Once macOS is installed, you can generate the SSDT.

can you help with config.plist? i make it with oc simplify. i having black screen with "_" in opencore bootloader

Why not! If you stick to the instructions, you can get it working. Before checking EFI, could you please confirm what macOS version are you trying to install?
