Bluetooth broken after waking from sleep!

So i got ventura running almost flawlessly on my asus fx504 laptop but there’s one issue I can’t seem to fix. Bluetooth does not work after sleep/wake at all until i reboot the system.
I have an intel Wireless-AC 9560 card

Fixes i tried but did not work :
running - sudo pkill bluetoothd - in terminal
Turning off fast boot in BIOS
Updating macos to 13.6

Anyone know how i could possibly fix this ?!

Have you mapped the USB ports?
