Hello,

I've been trying to install the latest High Sierra since it can accelerate graphics using a 1050Ti on my PC but been struggling for a couple of days now.

My specs are:
MSI Z490-A Pro
Intel i7 11600KF
GTX 1050Ti

After booting from the USB stick and selecting to load High Sierra, I see the Apple logo but that is as far as I can get. I attached my EFI configuration. With some configurations, I get the "prohibited sign" on boot.

Could you please check my configs and help me?

Best regards.

Your EFI is not as per the guide so problems are expected.

Why are you using NormalizeHeaders? That shouldn't be required for your hardware.
You must enable SetupVirtualMap quirk as well.

Also, the USB Mapping is not as per the guide. You've mapped all ports but it should be limited to 15 ports only. Plus, XHCIUnsupported.kext is missing.

DisableRtcChecksum shouldn't be required in your case either!
