RX 460 no video after booting OOB

The problem persists without changes after doing that

Tried with CSM enabled and disabled with no changes in the problem. The brand is asus rog strix I think is the OC model

Was that ever mined? In which slot have you installed it?
Did you try connecting other ports such as DVI or DP?
Post the GPU Device ID.

The seller said that it was only used for gaming. I installed in the first pcie slot and the only one that my motherboard has. I can't test other ports since I do not have any dvi to hdmi adapter and same with dp. I mean in windows the gpu works great with hdmi, I did some benchmarks and the behaviour of the gpu was as expected for a rx 460.
Where can I find the device ID of the gpu?
