Refresh rate only 60hz

I just installed macOS venture on my PC,

after I want to activate 165Hz in the display menu but why is only 60 Hz available? Please provide any input, I would really appreciate it, thank you

Are you using IGPU or discrete GPU?

What cable are you using? HDMI, DP or Type-C?

What's the monitor/TV model?
