OpenCore OpenRuntime.efi Cannot Be Started - Unsupported! (Ventura)

I've tried everything; started with fresh OpenCore 0.9.5 debug and Sample.plist, but I keep getting this message (on the last line) before it freezes:
OC: Driver OpenRuntime.efi at 2 cannot be started - Unsupported! Halting on critical error

Right above that line is:
OC: Watchdog status is 0

I've done many searches and can't find a solution anywhere, so I'm posting here. I would be eternally grateful if someone could give me some insight on what is happening, and how to possibly fix it.

EDIT: I got it sorted, with help from a friend.
