not a bootable image

long story short, after wasting almost 10 days on trying MacOS 14x and 15x on gtx 1070ti ,
am installing high sierra cause its the only version that supports acceleration for 1070ti

problem is , every single high sierra .iso or .dmg file i donwload cannot be bootable

easy enough to create a internet recovery usb installer in windows choosing your version of macOS that you would like to install:
