Mac Pro 5.1 (Original) Big Sur 11.4 WiFi not working after upgrade from 11.1

What's the new issue?
The system does not (always) boot correctly and get stuck in the loading screen, sometimes shows a generic boot error. In verbose mode: if it gets stuck. Typcally the last lines are somwhat like:

Intel82574l::start - Built <date> -- running on device at <id>
Intel82574l::start - Built <date> -- running on device at <other id>

Usually, the second time its boots correctly.

That's what creating issue. There has been some changes since 11.3. Was 11.3 working fine?

I'm not sure, 11.1 worked fine. I directly updated to 11.4. Is there any known way of resolving this issue?

The problem is via Ethernet. Provide your PR files to check further.

Thanks for your input, Maybe I'm a bit uninformed, what exactly do you mean when referring to PR files?

It's already explained but here is what you need to submit.
Kextcache Output
A copy of IOReg
EFI

I've attached the `ioreg` output. For EFI I assumed you needed the contents of the EFI partition, so I've upload them using a service (too big for the forum to share):

EFI: https://we.tl/t-mdxDqAyIxb

For `kextcache` apparently some settings are required, what do I need to run exactly? (I did some digging on the forum, I think it is `sudo kextcache -I/`? Which gives me:

Code:
sudo kextcache -i/
Password:
Executing: /usr/bin/kmutil install --volume-root / --check-rebuild
rebuilding local auxiliary collection
kmutil done

But I doubt that's wat you need. Without options I get:

Code:
No work to do; check options and try again.
usage: kextcache -prelinked-kernel <filename> [options] [--] [kext or directory]
       kextcache -system-prelinked-kernel
       kextcache [options] -prelinked-kernel
       kextcache -invalidate <volume>
       kextcache -update-volume <volume> [options]
       kextcache -system-caches [options]

use kextcache -help for an explanation of each option

Hello,

Unfortunately, this thread was missed. I just saw it today. There is another approach which is OpenCore Legacy patcher and is much better than the previous approach.

A guide will be published very soon.

Thanks
